Legal Action

ACI may recommend the filing of a lawsuit if all other reasonable collection efforts have been exhausted and our other lawsuit criteria (such as appropriate debtor employment and/or assets) are met. We will, in every case, request a signed suit authorization from the client before proceeding. All associated legal costs are paid by ACI and recovered from the debtor.
