Technological Capabilities

ACI uses the highly regarded and widely acclaimed FACS® (Flexible Automated Collection System) automated software by Ontario Systems. Fully functional in all aspects of the collection spectrum, FACS provides unsurpassed collection efficiency.

Through the FACS® system, ACI creates the interfaces needed to accept, update and process information from our clients’ differing record layouts in a timely manner and at no additional cost. Remittance and account information are provided in several formats and data is passed in real time. Accounts can be transferred by flat file, disk or electronically by modem or internet.

ACI acknowledges all accounts placed for collection to our clients on FACS® reports showing the exact amounts assigned for collection. Monthly Activity Reports show a month-by-month breakdown of debtor activity and collected amounts.

Comprehensive and fully detailed reports are available in a variety of formats including: actuarial, gross summary and by specific periods. These reports track the performance of ACI and assist our clients in determining the cost of the services.

Security is a priority at all times. Our main firewall is “Firebox® X-Core” by Watchguard. “Firebox® X-Core” provides continuous multi-level protection from a single firewall platform. In the case of catastrophic electrical failure, we employ a “Smart-UPS” by APC. “Smart-UPS” provides network-grade power when electricity to business-critical servers is interrupted.
